Full Description

Early 19th century colliery tramway. Brought coal from colliery to land wharf in Gnat Hole settlement, from where it was carted the short distance down Silk Hill to the limekilns at Bugsworth Basin. The land wharf, adjacent to the property Light Birch, has been built over. (1)
