Full Description

Sheepbridge and Whittington Moor Station. The only surviving station on the line of the former GCR Chesterfield loop of 1892 now incorporated into a scrap yard. The main building and goods (SMR 2513) shed are both in wood with tiled roofs. (1) Station not on 1st edition OS 25"; shown on 2nd and 3rd editions. Still standing, but in poor condition, when visited in 2007. (2)
