Full Description

Station buildings on the branch from Westhouses to Mansfield Woodhouse. The line was closed completely in c.1990 with the closure of Silverhill and Teversal collieries. (1) Newton Road Station, predecessor to Tibshelf and Newton Station (SMR14015), is shown on 1st ed OS 25" to the west of the later station building. (2)
