Full Description

Sheepbridge and Whittington Moor Station. The only surviving station on the line of the former GCR Chesterfield loop of 1892 now incorporated into a scrap yard. The main building and goods shed are both in wood with tiled roofs. (1) Station not on 1st ed. OS 25"; shown on 2nd and 3rd eds. Goods Shed not on modern mapping, so presumed demolished after 2000. Could not be located on a visit in 2007. (2)
