Full Description

Milestone. On the old turnpike from Mansfield to Matlock near Stanage there stands a damaged gritstone milestone. No inscriptions are visible. (1) Not shown on 1st ed. OS 25"; shown as 'defaced' on 2nd and 3rd eds. (2)
