Full Description
The Midland Railway's Pilsley Branch of 1865 has surviving earthworks in at least two places: at SK 414 606 as an embankment clearly visible to the east of the Erewash Valley main line, just to the north of the site of Doe Hill Station and at SK 396 678 as an embankment near the site of the Avenue sidings.
