Full Description

A village pound. Two remaining stone walls now form boundary walls to 'Pinfold', 54 Brookside Road. (1) The pinfold was present by the 1880s as it is shown on the 1st ed. 25" OS map. Map-based comparison of its location with that of the modern walls suggests that only one wall could potentially have survived from the pinfold. (2-3)
