Full Description
Uttoxeter New Road, No. 155, Alpine Villa. Neat classical villa of brick with modest stone dressings, built for himself by the Midland Railway's architect, John Holloway Sanders (1826-1884). Latterly fitted by the University with uPVC windows and since sold as apartments. Completed between 1870 and 1874. (1)
