8-10 St Peter's Church Yard: built as a dentist's premises for T W F Rowney to designs by R H Mason of Derby in 1889. (1) Bears date panel with ‘1894’. 3 storey ; 3 bay windows; painted white with herring-boned pattern brick and mock timber frame to second floor; Large gable to central bay, altered dormer to left and gable roof dormer to right; slate roof. Narrow moulding with swags panel beneath central bay window. Built for a dental surgery. (2)
