Full Description

SK 1858 7299. Barrow. (1). A possible barrow situated on a ridge top with a field wall running over it. It measures approximately ten metres in diameter and is c. 0.5 to 0.7 metres high. The top of it is lumpy and uneven, so if it is a barrow it has probably been disturbed. The other possibility is that it is lead mining waste. (2).
