Full Description

A small hollow just above the stream marks the site of a run-in coal adit. Adjacent to this are the footings of a small stone building, while on the other side of the stream are the remains of a ruined stone shed and a terraced approach track. The coal from this adit is largely marked as being removed before September 1920 and thus the adit must pre-date this. (1)
