Boundary post west of Borrowash House, Derby Road, Derby, of early 19th century date.
'A boundary marker on the A52 is of cast iron, triangular in section, with 'OCKBROOK PARISH' on the east side, 'SPONDON PARISH' on the west side, and 'COUNTY OF DERBY PARISH BOUNDARY' on the top. It is painted white with black lettering. It was originally on the Ockbrook/Spondon parish boundary near to the Wilmot Arms, but when the boundary was altered it was moved to the brook near the Sports Ground.' (1)

Boundary post. Early C19. Cast iron. Triangular sectioned base with east side inscribed 'OCKBROOK PARISH' and west side inscribed 'SPONDON PARISH'. Above the segment headed back has a flat panel inscribed 'COUNTY OF DERBY' with sloping panel below inscribed 'PARISH BOUNDARY'.
