Full Description

Several fields around Moodersley Farm, both on the north and south sides of Buckhazels Lane and to the east of Mercaston Lane, contained earthwork ridge and furrow as identified from aerial photographs of unknown date and plotted at a scale of 1:10000 in 1989. (1) Recent aerial photographs suggest that at least some of this ridge and furrow survives. (2)
