Full Description

Killamarsh Junior School was built in 1927 and designed by the Derbyshire architect George Henry Widdows. It has an almost original quad plan with two wings of verandah-style classrooms, linked by a tall single-storey classroom at one end and a double-height assembly hall, flanked by two-storey wings, at the other. The verandahs have all been filled in with glass and timber panels. (1)
