There is a United Methodist Free Chapel situated here on the 1st edition OS map. (1)
The members of the Methodist Free Church have a place of worship at Tansley. (2)
There is a United Methodist Chapel situated at Tansley that was built in 1864, at a cost of £340. (3)
The chapel appears to have been demolished and replaced with two bungalows [2011]. (4-5)
