Full Description
There is a chapel situated here on the 2nd edition OS map that was not present on the 1st edition. It appears to have replaced a Primitive Methodist Chapel further down the road (see SMR 26013). (1-2)
The Primitive Methodist Chapel at Somercotes was built in 1898, and has 250 sittings. (3)
The chapel has since been demolished and the site is now a car park [2011]. (4-5)
