There is a Primitive Methodist Chapel situated here on the 1st edition OS map. (1) The Primitive Methodists have a chapel in the hamlet of Moorwood Moor [1895]. (2) The Primitive Methodist Chapel at Moorwood Moor was built in 1854. (3) It is still in use as a place of worship [2011]. (4-5)
