Full Description

There is a Primitive Methodist Church situated here on the 3rd edition OS map that was not present on the 2nd edition. It appears to have superseded a smaller chapel to the northwest (see SMR 33500), which was in use as a Sunday school by the 3rd edition OS map. (1-2) The chapel has since been demolished and replaced with the present Heage Methodist Church and Tawny House [2011]. (3-4)
