Full Description

A Roman bronze fibula, perhaps of first century date, was found in 1845 at Ringham Low, near Monyash. (1,2). Ringham Low in situated at SK 169664. No further information. (3). There is no mention of this find in Bateman's excavation accounts, presumably it came from the site vicinity as a casual find. (5)
