Full Description

Milepost, mainly triangular in section, showing 'LOUGHBOROUGH / 15 / MILES' on one side and 'BURTON / ON TRENT / 6 / MILES' on the other. An upright section at the top is inscribed 'BLACKFORDBY / PARISH', and underneath is the manufacturer, 'Wootton Bros / …. Works / Coalville'. (1, 2)
