Full Description

There is a Primitive Methodist Chapel situated here on the 2nd edition 25" OS map of c. 1900 that is not present on the 1st edition 25" OS map of c. 1880. It appears to have superseded an earlier chapel to the south [see SMR 18754]. (1-2) The building is still in use as a place of worship by the 4th edition 25" OS map of the 1930s. (3) The building appears to have since been demolished and replaced with a residence [2011]. (4-5)
