Full Description

There is a Primitive Methodist Chapel situated here on the 1st edition 25" OS map of c. 1880. (1) The Primitive Methodist Chapel, at Linton Heath, was erected in 1878, at a cost of £259. (2) It is still in use as a place of worship on the 2nd edition 25" OS map of c. 1900, but by the 3rd edition 25" OS map of the early 20th century, the chapel has been demolished and superseded by a larger chapel the west.
