Full Description

There is a Primitive Methodist Chapel situated here on the 2nd and 3rd edition 25" OS maps of the late 19th-early 20th century that is not present on the 1st edition 25" OS map of c. 1880. It appears to supersede a smaller chapel to the east (see SMR 26927). (1-3) The Primitive Methodists have a chapel in Coppice Side, which was rebuilt in 1886. (4) The chapel has since been demolished and the site has been redeveloped [2011]. (5-6)
