Full Description

There is a Mortuary Chapel situated here on late 19th and early 20th century OS mapping. (1-3) A Burial Board, consisting of nine members, was formed at Church Gresley in April 23rd 1877, and a cemetery was laid out, including the erection of a mortuary chapel. (4) The chapel has since been demolished [2011]. (5)
