Full Description

Buildings appear here on the 1st edition 25" OS map of c. 1880. (1) The Croft, Market Place, has a very old doorway with the date 1650 inscribed in to it. The rest of the inscription is too worn to read. (2) Looking at Google Maps Street View, the street-facing part of the building is now in use as 'The Croft Fruit 'n' Veg Mini Market' [2011]. The rest of the building appears to be in domestic use. (3)
