24 and 26 Fritchley Lane are a former millwright's cottage, built of Derbyshire stone. There is a stone in the frontage that reads: 'GEORGE CHELL 1864 MILLWRIGHT & ENGINEER'. The building is of local historical and architectural interest. (1)
