Full Description

An early map of Radbourne shows the road through the village originally running southwards between two open arable fields, Greyson Field and Millne Field, to join an east-west route. The road was presumably closed after Radbourne Hall was rebuilt in a new position in the mid-18th century, and a new landscape park was created to surround the Hall. (1)
