Full Description

A lodge appears here on the 1st edition 25" OS map of c. 1880. (1) A red brick lodge house with a blue slate roof. Hopwell Hall was dated 1720 (much of which was destroyed by fire in 1957). (2) The lodge is still extant and appears to be in domestic use [2012]. (3-4)
