Full Description

According to White's Directory, there was a Primitive Methodist Chapel erected in 1854 in Calow. It was a small neat brick building, which could hold about 100. (1) There is a Primitive Methodist Chapel situated at Calow Green on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1880, presumably that referred to by White in 1857. (2) Modern maps show the building has been demolished. (3)
