Full Description

According to Kelly's Directory, there was a Congregational chapel, built in 1895, seating 170. (1) There is a Congregational chapel situated in Brook Hill, Brimington on the 2nd edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1900, not shown on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1880, presumably that referred to by Kelly in 1912. (2) Modern maps show this building is still extant and in use as a church, it has had a large extension to the west built in 1965. (3)
