Full Description
There is a chapel situated on High Street on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1880. (1)
The 3rd edition 25" Ordnance Survey map shows this building as in use by the Baptists. (2)
Modern maps show this building is still extant. The front of the building bears two large carved stones inlaid in the brick wall stating "1862 BAPTIST." The building is no longer in use as a place of worship, it appears to have been converted into a residence. (3)
