Full Description

A farmstead that dates to before the reign of Queen Victoria. The farmhouse is faced in smooth render with sawtooth eaves, beneath a gabled slate roof. The front elevation is two storeys tall. There is a central doorway with a segmental head, flanked by square window openings with similar heads. There are three similar window openings above. There are contemporary farm buildings to the rear. The farmstead is unlikely to date to before c.1700 (the "brick threshold"). (1)
