A farmstead, built before 1835. The farmstead is named on Sanderson's Map of 1835. The farmstead is unlikely to date to before c.1700 (the "brick threshold"). No field assessment had been made of this building by the time of publication. The building has been included on the Local List on a provisional basis. (1)
