A house, built in the 18th or early 19th century, shown on the parish map of 1838. The house is faced in smooth render beneath a gabled concrete tile roof with oversailing eaves. It is two storeys tall. There is an off-centre projecting porch flanked by square window openings. The property was extended to the left in 1998. The building is unlikely to date to before c.1700 (the "brick threshold"). (1)
