This property was built in the 18th or 19th century, shown on the parish map of 1838. It is faced in roughcast render with dentillated eaves beneath a gabled plain tile roof. The property is two storeys tall. There is a central projecting porch flanked by square window openings with wedge lintels. This property is unlikely to date to before c.1700 (the "brick threshold").
