Full Description

A farmhouse, built before 1835. It is in the Tudor Revival style. The farmhouse is built of red brick beneath a gabled concrete tile roof. The front elevation is two-and-a-half storeys tall. The central bay contains a tall window opening with a hoodmould, beneath a gable. It is flanked by similar window openings. There do not appear to be contemporary farm buildings. The farmstead is named on Sanderson's Map of 1835. The building is unlikely to date to before c.1700 (the "brick threshold"). (1)
