Full Description

Farey listed Farlow Green sandstone quarry in 1811, probably located at Farnah Green. (1) There is an old quarry situated at Farnah Green on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1880, this may be that referred to by Farey in 1811. (2)
