Full Description

Farey lists a sandstone quarry 'Edge Moor, Crich' in 1811. (1) A quarry is shown on Wild Lane, Crich on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1880, possibly that referred to by Farey as 'Edge Moor, Crich' in 1811. (2)
