Full Description

There is a brick works shown at Longcliffe on the 2nd edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1900, no evidence of them is shown on the 1st edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of c. 1880. (1) The 3rd edition 25" Ordnance Survey map of the early 20th century shows the site was in use as a colour and barytes works. (2) Modern maps show the site is now in use as a depot. (3)
