Full Description

The remains of lead workings, including a worked rake vein and mine shafts, are clearly visible as earthworks on Bing Maps aerial photographs. (1) There is also an old lead shaft in this area on the 1st edition 25" OS map, which is still marked on modern OS mapping. (2-3)
