Full Description

Dated 1903 and designed by P.H. Currey. Arts and crafts style house. 2 storey and attic storey. Red brick ground floor, rendered first floor, concrete roof tiles. Recently replaced timber casement windows of the same style as the original; balcony with timber balustrade. Currey’s client was Edward Litchford, Midland Railway Chief Accountant. (1)
