Full Description
Dated 1840. Formerly a villa, now a club. Stucco with sandstone plinth, slate roof; sliding sash windows with simple architraves, 1 with consoled, canopy above. Principal elevation has 2 ground floor bay windows and porch. Good contemporary outbuildings. (1)
