Full Description

Early 20th century red brick school building with hipped roofs with sprocketed eaves and projecting gables with parapets. Many original features remain, including chimneys, slate roof, timber sliding sash and pivoting windows, and ornate entrance gate. Tall brick boundary wall bordering Newtons Walk has two large piers with stone copings topped with stone sphere. Original wooden block floors in the interior. Classic school architectural style of the period. (1)
