Full Description

It is probable that Greentrees was constructed in the mid 19th century and extended in the early 20th century. The architect to whom the building is attributed is known to have lived in Duffield from 1870, and it seems likely that the house was completed at or near that period of time. The house is plainly detailed, and has undergone alteration and extension. (1)
