Full Description

Medieval/post-medieval ridge and furrow has been identified as earthworks and cropmarks in these areas from aerial photographs taken between 1946 and 1967. (1) A watching brief conducted in 2019 only idefified traces of a single furrow. It may be that modern ploughing had destroyed all other traces. (2)
