Full Description

Difficult to determine, most likely 'Velvet Mill', a silk mill. (1) Summer Cross Factory, originally called the Rising Sun. A velvet and fustian cutting factory, closed in the 1930s and subsequently a plastics factory making knife handles before being converted into flats. (2)
