Full Description
Until 1963, when the East Midlands Electricity Board purchased the property, this building was one of Ashover’s two hydropathic establishments. At that time the building had its own private water supply from a tank on Ashover Hillside which collected water as it percolated through the rocks below the Fabrick. (1)
