Full Description

Remains of earthern built dam, located in wooded area on the course of a minor tributary, which may be connected with medieval industry. A section of boxed watercourse is exposed downstream indicative of medieval activity. Appears to have been constructed to allow strock-grazing or access between fields. (1)
