Full Description

Abutments are still visible on both sides of the canal. Before 1835 this was the only crossing point over the canal at Newtown. The bridge was also used by horses stabled in the stone building with the circular window which can be seen in the grounds of the marina. Demolished before 1872 as it does not appear on the 1872 OS map. (1)
