Full Description

A copper alloy ring was recovered by a metal detectorist in 1997 and taken to Chesterfield Museum for identification and recording. It was 18mm in diameter and weighed less than 5g. It may have originally been silver-plated. There was not enough evidence to give any real indication of the date of manufacture. The ring was returned back to the finder. (1)
